Dave joined Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company in February 1997. From 1995 to 1997, he worked in the Corporate Finance Department at Smith Barney in New York, specializing in public offerings and mergers and acquisitions for healthcare companies. Earlier, from 1994 to 1995, he was an analyst at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation focused on privatization opportunities in Eastern Europe.

Dave has served on a number of public and private boards and currently serves on the board of directors of ISG Holdings, Inc., Reichert, Inc., The MED Group, Inc., and TeraMedica, Inc.

Dave received a B.S. degree in history from the University of Illinois and an M.P.P. in international finance from Georgetown University.
