Together with Key Equity Capital, Beecken Petty O’Keefe provided the investment capital to successfully grow the Company from 23 centers to its current 68 centers. Over the investment period, DCP expanded beyond its largely Ohio locations to the greater Midwest and Southern states.

Over the life of the investment, Beecken Petty O’Keefe bolstered the management team by bringing in a new CEO and accelerated profitability through the development of a doctor partnership program, by allowing partnership doctors to share in a practice’s financial success, the doctor partnership program increased overall company profitability while also attracting and retaining doctors.
